Complete static and dynamic electrical tests can be performed on any general purpose small signal or power relay with the model RTC225 relay tester. All standard DC group A parametric measurements can be made as well as critical contact timing. A miss-stick life cycling function is built in as well.
The standard DC coil drive powers coils up to 800mA and 150Volts. An optional AC coil driver will handle coils to 270VAC.
An internal 50mA DC source supplies the load for contact voltage drop measurement. Using an external power supply extends this range to 1 ampere. Optional load switching provides at least 10 amperes to each switching contact.
